PolyChannel Return policy –
Customers are entitled to return items purchased from PolyChannel within a 7-day period from the delivery of goods. If you fail to do so and the 7-day window closes, your return will not be accepted.
All goods returned must be unused and in a resalable condition or they will not be accepted, and your refund will not be processed.
Returns on non-stock items or tailor-made orders may not be eligible for return or incur a re-stocking charge. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
Once your return has been delivered back to PolyChannel and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the received item and whether it has been accepted or rejected. If accepted your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied back to the card payment that was originally made. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the payment to return to your bank account.
Late/ Missing Refunds
Please be aware that refunds may take 3-5 working days to be processed and for the funds to arrive back into your account. If you are still yet to receive your refund within this time frame, please contact your bank as they may also have a processing time. Following on from this, if you are still yet to receive a refund, please contact us at email@example.com
Damage and Shortages must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. We accept no liability for claims outside of this time limit.
Sale Items/ End of line stock –
Sale items or end-of-line stock will not be accepted for refund. We can only accept refunds on Full-price items.
At PolyChannel we do accept refunds if a product arrives with a defective or any damage. If so and you would like to arrange an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0115 648 2674.
Cost of Shipping –
Customers are responsible for the cost of returned items unless arranged otherwise. We do not offer refunds on shipping and if you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted.
If you are planning on returning an item to PolyChannel, we kindly ask that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Unless we have guaranteed/ received your items, a refund will not be processed.
