Delivery Information

Locations

We can deliver to any location in the mainland UK as long as you have a valid postcode. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & the Isle of Man will incur additional charges shown at the checkout.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will apply to orders under a certain value and will be shown at checkout before placing the order.

Plastic/Composite or Stainless Steel orders under £75.00 + VAT  will incur an £10.80 +VAT delivery charge.

Delivery on Plastic/Composite or Stainless Steel orders over £75.00 + VAT are FREE and will be applied at the checkout.

Polymer Concrete orders under £150.00 + VAT  will incur a £45.00 + VAT charge.

Delivery on Polymer Concrete orders over £150.00 + VAT are FREE and will be applied at the checkout.

All carriage paid orders apply to deliveries in mainland UK only. Scottish Highlands & the Isle of Man carriage paid order will incur additional charges which will be shown when at checkout.

Delivery Times

All our deliveries will be made between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
We are unable to confirm a delivery time on standard deliveries. Specified delivery times before 9.00am, before 10.00am and before 12.00pm are available and these times will incur additional charges. Saturday deliveries are available before 9.00am and before 12.00pm and these will incur additional charges.

Restricted Access on Site

If your delivery address is restricted by access we must be notified prior to delivery.

Our transport partners consider restricted access as:

Being unable to park due to yellow lines, red routes, low bridges, narrow lanes, uneven roads, steep hills, maneuvering issues or any other issues where the vehicle can not off load in a timely manner. Contact must be made to operations@polychannel.co.uk prior to delivery for any of those issue. Failure to do so with result in re-delivery and additional charges.

Receiving your Delivery

Once you have received your delivery you are responsible for the receiving and counting of the material. All material must be signed for if the carrier or delivery drivers requires it. All material must be signed for by the customer or a designated third party authorised by the paying customer.

Do not sign for damaged goods or any delivery notes as ‘unchecked’ this will be taken as being received in good condition. Any damages or shortages must be reported to us by email to operations@poylchannel.co.uk within two working days. We recommend that you wait until you receive your delivery before starting site preparations. PolyChannel cannot accept responsibility for any late deliveries or non deliveries due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. PolyChannel does not have any liability for any failure of delivery material or any delay by any event that is beyond our control.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value but there are delivery charges for items/totals under a certain value.

How much is the price of delivery?

How do I know if the quality is good?

Products are subject to a thorough checking process before being dispatched to ensure no faulty or defective items are sent.

All products listed on PolyChannel are certified to EN1433 regulation and are CE certified.

How will my goods be delivered?

All material will be delivered by a courier such as Parcelforce , UPS  or by a haulage company either part of a pallet network organisation or private hauliers.

How will my goods be packaged?

All our composite / plastic products will arrive in a secure cardboard box or securely fastened to a pallet. All polymer concrete products will be securely fastened to a pallet.

What if my goods arrived damaged?

All goods must be checked and signed for upon delivery. If there are any damages, they must be signed for as damaged. Signing ‘Unchecked ‘ will not count as a signature.

What is the cut off for next day delivery?

All orders must be placed before 12.00pm to adhere to our delivery schedules. If you require a next day delivery, then orders must be placed before 12.00pm and the correct delivery method must be selected.
